Time:9.30 - 12.30
Venue:Allinge, Folkemødet - G9, Yder-/indermolen

Did you know that male fertility may be linked to overall health – and that new technologies are making it possible to understand the body in entirely new ways?

At Folkemødet you can meet innovators working at the intersection of biobanks, clinical practice and technology to better understand fertility and health across the life course.

We invite men to take part in a body composition analysis and learn how measurements of bone, fat and muscle mass are used in fertility research – including in the ReproUnion Biobank & Infertility Cohort (RUBIC), where participants undergoing fertility treatment contribute to new insights.

You can also experience new technology from Spermosens – a Swedish company developing novel approaches to assessing sperm quality. They work to bring diagnostics closer to the clinic and support improved decision-making in fertility treatment – also as a collaborator to ReproUnion.

If you are at Folkemødet on 11 June, we hope you will stop by the Interreg ÖKS tent to meet us and learn more about ReproUnion and RUBIC, as well as discuss the need to continue innovating in order to better diagnose, treat and prevent infertility.
