Sophie Hæstorp Andersen, Chairman of Greater Copenhagen Committee, was one of the speakers at the ReproUnion kick-off seminar held on 31st of March. Together with the Swedish politician, Joakim Sandell, professors and project managers of the various groundbreaking R&D-projects, they discussed and presented some of the promising technologies, that will hopefully pave the way for better treatments in the future. “Sweden and Denmark are traditionally open for public fertility treatment. This, and the presence of strong local companies within the field, have given the Region the opportunity to become a stronghold for reproductive research”, said Sophie Hæstorp Andersen at her presentation.
